Resistance Coils Set

A set of 8 different resistance coils to demonstrate how resistance varies with type, length, and diameter of the conductor. Made of varnished wire, each coil is wound on a plastic spool and terminates in two brass binding posts for low resistance connections. Each coil is labeled and fits on a plastic peg securely mounted in an aluminum base. The length of wire in each coil has been selected to keep calculations simple.
