General Power Supply

Two power supplies in one with 12 available voltages. Two groups of students have available fixed voltages of plus or minus 50, 100, 150, and 225-V DC each at 10mA. Also available is a 6-V DC @ 5 A fixed supply and a variable 0 to 5-V DC @ 5A supply with circuit breaker. in addition, the high voltage taps can be connected to give 450-V. Several different voltages can be used at the same time to operate different pieces of laboratory equipment These voltages provide sufficient flexibility to perform virtually any experiment in an introductory physics lab. The general power supply itself can be connected to either 110 or 220-V AC. Unit has a receptacle on the back for 3 -wire grounded plug.
