Friction Blocks and Surface Set

Used in conjunction with the Force Gauge to demonstrate how different frictional characteristics affect the force required to move a stationary body or sustain the motion of a moving body.

The kit contains three 3" x 4" wood blocks with hooks; one with a mirror cemented to one side, one with sandpaper cemented to one side, and one plain. A 3" x 14" mirror is supplied as the surface.
