Cloud Chamber

Complete with an alpha particle source, used in various experiments including “random events” and “range of alpha and beta particles.” An absorbent blotter on the inner wall of the chamber is saturated with alcohol. The unit is tightly capped and placed on a block of dry ice. The vapor within the chamber becomes super-saturated due to evaporation.
